Day 42

Walter and I went up to Sedona to find a spot with the full Moon coming over the red rocks in the sunlight.  It clouded up and was a no-go.  I got this nice five photo panorama though! ~Curtis in /-\riZona! {!-{>

Running a view days behind… I decided to try my hand at a Moon photo with the new camera and my best lens, the Canon 400mm f5.6 L.  It is a bit strange down here in Arizona: we are in a “Dark Skies” area and there are few street lights, and you can see the […]

Day 32

Our trailer at night.  With a few stars…

Day 20!

An early post for today: the Moon at full resolution…taken today!  I am not completely happy with this one, but it is the first Moon on my M50…lots to learn! ~Curtis in /-\rizona!  {!-{>

Day 18

Taken last year on this date…plus 13 days, actually, it was taken from our old spot last year.  It is only about 30 feet from yesterday’s photo.  Lots of editing to get even that much Moon! ~Curtis in /-\riZona! {!-{>

Day 345

I took a quick trip up to see the Parents.  Then the weather got worse and I came home early.  The dashcam video doesn’t seem to have been working…but I got some stills!  The Full Moon coming up behind some clouds.

Day 214

Day 213

My favorite Moon photo, taken in 2010 in Sedona, Arizona! ~Curtis in /\/\onTana! {!-{>

Day 70

I went out for the sunrise this morning.  Here is the Tuzigoot Nat’l Monument and the Moon, with some fun editing. ~Curtis, having fun near Tuzigoot!  {!-{>
