This is RainSpirit RV Resort, where we are camped out for a couple of months.  (CLICK to enlarge; BACK to return!) The red arrow pointing horizontally indicates our friends Robyn & Walker’s place.  The vertical arrow pointing at the building is our trailer.  It is right behind the building.  The 2021 arrow on the left […]

Day 15

Our trailer at night!  (The bright spot is not a flash, but another trailer from down the street.  They have a REALLY bright LED on their door… ~Curtis in /-\riZona! {!-{>

Day 010!

Stopping in the middle of the highway for a photo and new battery. Down by the Vermillion Cliffs! Only 140 more miles to Flagstaff! Un-packing and organizing. I am moved in! ~Curtis in Arizona! {!-{>

Day 334: analyzing useless numbers!

I analyzed my mileage on my trip taking the Trailer to Arizona.  Sort of… Last year I averaged 6.83 miles per gallon.  This year I averaged 8.2 MPG. Last year I drove 1173 miles to get the trailer down there.  This year it was 1300 miles.  I took the same route…I know it wouldn’t match […]

Day 331

A few more shots from the Dashcam: Pulling out of Cottonwood/Camp Verde on to I17 South (towards Phoenix) means a long climb up and over a mountain.   A really nice sunset, however! ~Curtis in /\/\onTana! {!-{>

Day 330

A few more shots from the Dashcam: Pulling out of Cottonwood/Camp Verde on to I17 South (towards Phoenix) means a long climb up and over a mountain.   A really nice sunset, however! ~Curtis in /\/\onTana! {!-{>

Day 329

A few more shots from the Dashcam: I15 runs from St. George, Utah, through a small section of Arizona into Nevada at Mesquite.  It is called the Arizona Strip, and is maybe 15 miles long?  Horrendously rugged country to build a four lane highway through! ~Curtis in /\/\onTana! {!-{>

Day 327

I made it home from my trailer delivery on Saturday.  A longish trip!  I have a brief summary using my new dashcam.  Into the Helena Valley.  The dots are the windshield shading. Welcome Idaho! The dashcam actually has fairly nice night photos.  Heading out of Camp Verde up the hill towards Phoenix on I127. Retuniing […]

Day 324

The view from the storage place, looking north towards Sedona.  A one photo panorama.  Click on it a couple times to enlarge it: BACK to return here! ~Curtis not in /\/\onTana???  {!-{>
