Day 114

“Ready for Takeoff!” “And we’re…no we aren’t.” “What was that about, Stanley?” “I have no idea, Ollie.” (Female and Male Common Mergansers) ~Curtis in /\/\onTana! {!-{>

Day 113

One.  One Franklin Gull. Two.  Two Franklin Gulls. Back to One.  One Franklin Gull. ~Curtis in \/\onTana! {!-{>

Day 112

Here is something you don’t see every day.  A tree full of sparrows. One on approach. No room on the landing branch! ~Curtis in /\/\onTana! {!-{>

Day 111

There are a pair of Common Loons down near Giant Springs that had been tending to this side of the river. Pretty close, indeed. Just a leftover leaf.  Or pod-half. ~Curtis in /\/\onTana! {!-{>

Day 110

Remember that snowman from a few posts ago?  May he Rest In Pieces. ~Curtis in /\/\onTana! {!-{>

Day 109!

‘STACHE HAD A BIRTHDAY! It seemed to have a theme. Trains.  Tools and trains. This one folds up into the station.  Kind ‘a handy, that. And Cake. Not just cake, but themed cake. And somebody got the parts on top. Good cake, too! Happy Third, ‘Stache! ~Curtis in /\/\onTana! {!-{>

Day 108!

More from our quick storm… A view of the snowman in the backyard, along with a couple of downed branches.  It could have been a lot worse! One of the downed branches. All of the blossoms had just come in a couple of days before the storm… And a closeup. ~Curtis in /\/\onTana! {!-{>

Day 107!

After our snowstorm yesterday it is clearing up and the sun is out…as are the first goslings of the season! And then there is this guy, who looks like he had a long night… ~Curtis in /\/\onTana! {!-{>

Day 106!

Typical /\/\onTana! July weather in April…6 1/2 inches of snow! Somebody still likes it! Just a little animation for a bit of 3-D effect! ~Curtis in /\/\onTana! {!-{>
