Sandhill Cranes
We decided to run up to Whitewater Draw, near Tombstone. The Sandhill Cranes migrate there in the winter. After checking into our hotel in Tombstone, we ran out to the Draw.
It is a short walk from parking to the pond, which according to another visitor, has shrunk considerably over the last few year.
After the sun sank low towards the horizon we headed back to Tombstone. It is about 28 miles. Sunset on a Tombstone street.
