Day 35

So here is the part (or two) I got in Phoenix.  Gas struts to lift the Tonneau Cover on the truck!  The nice guy at the Century Toppers dealer even installed them for me.  No more bench pressing the cover to get it up! ~Curtis, way down south of /\/\onTana! {!-{>

Day 33

This is overlooking Clarkdale, Arizona.  Sedona is at the base of those far red hills.  A not so great image through my not so great windshield!  And it isn’t snowing…about 55F, actually… ~Curtis, far south of /\/\onTana! {!-{>

Year 13! Day 31!

Trying to get ahead a little bit! We had a snowy day, with a nice sunset over it. So the next day it was off to Sedona in the snow! Then even further north going up Oak Creek.   ~Curtis, way down south of /\/\onTana! {!-{>

Year 13! Day 16!

A quick RV Life selfie… Sedona on a way to busy day.  Through the Windshield. Great rocks!  Crappy Windshield… ~Curtis way down South! {!-{>

Year 13! Day 10!

Our home away from home for a bit. ~Curtis not-in-/\/\onTana! {!-{>

Year 13! Day 007!

Getting packed up.  New struts to come later…. ~Curtis in /\/\onTana {!-{>

Year 13! Day 003!

When I got my truck back in 2019, it had a tonneau cover with it.  They had taken it off for some reason of other and didn’t give me all the parts.  Son-In-Law Lugwrench and I got it reinstalled, but there is no locking mechanism, or I should say, there wasn’t…I still need to bend […]

Year 13, Day 001!

Happy New Year! I am afraid that this new year will be a lot worse than the last one, and I do not mean the CCP Virus.  It is starting out with a battle over the election; not a good way to start a new year no matter which side really won. I got to […]

Day 362

So what does one do after a 36th Anniversary?  Play with the new toy, of course! The Dailylife Wife go me a ladder for my tailgate…she seemed to think it was dangerous or something without one…I had been planning on getting one eventually, so this sure sped things up!  Three busted drill bits to drill […]

Day 321

Shortly after leaving Mesquite, /\/.\/., you run through the Arizona Strip (see a few days ago) and come out in St. George, Utah. A few hundred miles later is nearing Provo, Utah, and good stop for gas and a snack, and the end of the sunshine… By the Idaho border it was snow and sleet, […]
