On that trip through the Black Hills with the Dailylife Grandpa in 2002, we stopped in the town of Dubois, Wyoming. There was a Royal Enfield dealer there: a noted British motorcycle brand from 1901, that moved the factory to Indian in the late 1950’s, and they have been in continuous production since then. Of course we stopped for a test ride! The bikes have changed a lot in the last 25 years. Still a neat mid-sized bike line.
I am sure I have seen one of me taking a ride, but I can’t find it, so here is Brother Dennis; not sure about the lady and kid behind him on the sidewalk:
