We had a fairly nice* sunrise this morning! (* only slightly enhanced for color…)
We had to drive to Phoenix this morning for a dermatology appointment. There is a rest area, previously seen here, about half way, just before the start of a BIG hill running down past Bumblebee, Arizona! There was considerable construction when we were here two years ago, and it is finished now! They made reversible “flex lanes” like they use in big cities. Phoenix counts as a BIG city, but this is, frankly, in the middle of NO-WHERE, AZ! The Dailylife Wife looked it up on our way home, and it is essentially an HOV lane for northbound traffic Monday through Saturday. Sunday is just for Southbound traffic!
After the appointment we stopped at Kneaders for lunch. It is a bakery/cafe/santa shop. A good lunch at a reasonable (if any can be) price. And they offer classes!
