Next on the agenda was a walk through the Thurston Lave Tube.

After descending a steep slope, there was a couple hundred yards to walk through the rainforest. Â The trail was crowded: more than one bus was in the parking lot!

The Tube was moderately well light.
It has been raining a lot in Hawai’i, however, and there were big puddles to splash though!

Someone was nice enough to take our photo for us…and only missed the toes on one foot!
