Day 118: Up in Soda Springs!

Now in the City Park in Soda Springs, Caribou County,  Idaho, this old gas powered Galloping Goose used to run from Soda Springs to the mining company town of Conda, and was often the only means of transportation. (All photos Nikon Coolpix L11) It ran for 14 years. *** ~Curtis in Idaho! {!-{>

In the City Park in Soda Springs, Caribou County,  Idaho, rests the Dinky Engine.  Used in the construction of a dam, it was trapped and left submerged.  Found years later, it was presented to the City of Soda Springs. (All photos Nikon Coolpix L11) The whole story. *** ~Curtis in Idaho! {!-{>
