Turns out that one of the three running railroads in Hawai’i is in Lahaina.  I think I hit the other two!  Okay, I saw another one (the Hawaiian Railroad Society on Oahu) and rode two others; I don’t know if the Dole Plantation Pineapple Express counts for one, and there is one at the Luau we went to later  on Kaua’i.  But this one I do want to go back to.  It has live steam on a three foot narrow gauge track and runs eight times a day, 365 days a year!

This is a really nice site for railroad stuff, as he has a large Garden Railway, as well as photos and video on trips he has taken to various railroads around the World!
