I don’t know how much Grampa got when he sold the Farm in Wibaux County, way back in the 1960’s, but I am thinking even adjusted for inflation, not even close.  The top left circle’s number, if you can’t read it, is $29,900,000.

Unless somebody has been holding out on us…
