Down at the end of the Advanced section we have a cabinet we fill with old cameras and stuff. Â Here are some of the things…being directed by our “out-of-towner” member! Â The old bellows camera on the tripod was brought in by one of the volunteers.
On the top shelf is a Bell & Howell movie camera of mine, along with a variety of interesting photos (I hope) as set dressing.  Below that is an Argus Argoflex T(win) L(ens) R(eflex), a Kodak OneStep instant camera that they lost a patent infringement case on, to: Polaroid, maker of that familiar, to at least some of us, instant camera on the right side of the shelf.
Another old but very nice Polaroid camera from a lot farther back that those at the other end of the display case! Â Also present is one of the wonderful Camera Club scrapbooks put together by Club member emeritus Elaine. Â I hope to get them scanned and on the Club webpage in the near future.
As a bonus, here is that ad that is on the left side of the middle photo: Norma Jean Baker advertising an Argus Argoflex camera! Â I heard she got famous later on…it must have been her good taste in cameras!!!
