This is the only shot I got of a Great Blue Heron that buzzed in front of me while I was rolling down on the highway. I stopped as quick as I could (US 93 not being a good place to obstruct traffic…) to see he had joined with another one to fly away…but wait…they were making a big circle! Grab the camera, no time to get the longer lens…shoot! Here is what I got:
