When I was down in Lewistown a couple weeks ago I did some work out at Hi Heat, a manufacturer of heating units.  They have the right kind of sign for Eastern Montana. The fabric acts as a sail, but it will blow over in the wind, by design! Then the counter weight (the box at the bottom of the sign) pulls it back up when the wind is less. Continual motion with no electricity needed…
