A week or two ago, while it was still sunny, they put new crossing lights on the railroad crossing for the new industrial spur.  It looks like it could be waiting on crossing barrier/arms, too.  I have yet to see any train on it, beyond a couple of gandy dancer cars working on the track.  The track that this comes off of and is active with coal and grain cars, still just has signs.  Go figure!
