<\/a><\/p>\nWe quickly (about four and a half hours) crossed into Idaho.<\/p>\n
There on top of Monida Pass, where the border is, is also this old highway bridge from before the Interstate. \u00a0It is still in frontage road use over the Union Pacific Railroad tracks.<\/p>\n It pretty much rained all day, and part of tonight. \u00a0It is suppose to be mostly sunny tomorrow. (Photo by the Dailylife Wife!)<\/p>\n While it is less here, once we got refueled a couple of times our average mileage and the range went up a lot. \u00a0We were geting about 31.5MPG through Salt Lake City.<\/p>\n Another border!<\/p>\n We rolled into Springville, which is a suburb of Provo, Utah, a couple minutes past 5pm. \u00a0We left our house and hit 10th Avenue South right at 7:30am, which is making pretty good time for 619 miles. \u00a0The drive through SLC wasn\u2019t too bad. \u00a0There were a fair number of cars, but relatively few trucks, and it was a nice drive even though it was raining. \u00a0It stopped a bit after we cleared the southern edge of SLC. \u00a0After checking in we went to dinner!<\/p>\n The food was great, but they are understaffed and it took a while to get seated. \u00a0Service was fast after that.<\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n
