We were driving along minding our own business when what should appear, but the Kaua’i Coffee Company fields and Gift Shop!\u00a0 We really like their coffee, so stop we did!<\/p>\n

Coffee Beans…3100 acres, >4,000,000 coffee bean bushes!<\/p>\n

What else might they have there?<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Why of course, a giant tin chicken!<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Here is the Dailylife Wife photographing a Plumeria Tree.<\/p>\n

Nice flowers, if a little past their prime.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

I can smell it brewing!<\/p>\n

And one she took of me…<\/p>\n

Then it was lunchtime at the Kaua’i Brewing Company!\u00a0 The Mrs. said she wanted a beer.\u00a0 This is unheard of…and it wasn’t even a Molsen’s!\u00a0 We shared it, and THEN found out they had sampler size glasses available.<\/p>\n

I had a half pound bacon cheese burger…low carbs and overdone onion rings!\u00a0 The DLW liked her fish and chips, too.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Here are all the beers they had on tap.\u00a0 I think this is an early evening selection…no way can you pronounce them after you have had a couple.<\/p>\n

After the delicious lunch we cruised over to Hanapepe.\u00a0 The truck’s painted match the cargo!<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Turns out Hanapepe was the home of celebrities!\u00a0 No one ever tells me these things…<\/p>\n

Next: the long, wet road home!<\/p>\n
