We headed south today to Poipu Beach to see if there were actually turtles there as reported.\u00a0 The landscape changes dramatically from what we have up north in Princeville.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

The “tunnel of trees” when you turn towards Poipu.\u00a0 That 50 MPH sign is as high as the limit goes on Kaua’i.\u00a0 I have never seen a higher one, and most are lower!\u00a0 Makes you think twice about having a muscle car here…<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Here is a “classic Hawaiian” neighborhood.\u00a0 For the not-so-poor, anyway!<\/p>\n

Then back into the open countryside.\"\"<\/p>\n
