Mr. Holster was diagnosed with a rare cancer a year or two ago, and had related his efforts to fight it.  He decided to go with an experimental treatment, so his ranch and wife &#8220;way up North by the Canadian Border&#8221; would not be completely ruined because of the cost of the treatment.  He lost his fight in February.  This was a tee shirt to help raise funds to pay the medical debt there was.  &#8220;To the Sunny Slopes of Long Ago&#8221; was his tagline for the toast he started every episode with.
