<\/a><\/p>\nIt is always a nice drive down from Red Lodge.<\/p>\n
Sunny skies and clean air!<\/p>\n ***<\/p>\n Eventually I cross the Yellowstone River. \u00c2\u00a0I crossed it yesterday, too!<\/p>\n A quick breakfast at McD’s, and a long chat with a Goldwing rider\/trucker from back East (He has hotrodded his…) and I am off again down the superslab.<\/p>\n A right turn at Big timber and it is 60 or so miles to Harlowton.<\/p>\n The big thing in Harlowton (at least of me) is that it was the end of an electrified division on the Milwaukee (rail)Road.<\/p>\n This was left in Harlowton in 1974 when they switched to diesel locomotives. \u00c2\u00a0It sits in a nice park now.<\/p>\n You can read about it be clicking on the photo below. \u00c2\u00a0BACK to return!<\/p>\n I was then off to White Sulphur Springs. \u00c2\u00a0More of these things were along the way.<\/p>\n Gas and a right turn at White Sulphur Springs and then it is over King’s Hill to Neihart.<\/p>\n Past Neihart is the old mine.<\/p>\n I must be getting near home; this is Belt Creek!<\/p>\n There it is!<\/p>\n The door is open for me, too. \u00c2\u00a0Even a welcoming party…of one.<\/p>\n And the latest Junior Park Ranger! \u00c2\u00a0Until Lugnut got it, at any rate.<\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n
