So you’d think it is all downhill from Beartooth Pass, right? \u00c2\u00a0You’d be wrong! \u00c2\u00a0The road winds around quite a bit, up there near 11,000 feet…<\/p>\n

About all of that snow: my hotelier in Red Lodge told me there was a foot that fell up here on Thursday. \u00c2\u00a0They thought the Pass was closed for the season. \u00c2\u00a0Thankfully most of it melted for my trip through on Saturday.<\/p>\n

Pretty rugged country.<\/p>\n

And prime motorcycling! \u00c2\u00a0Squiggly!<\/p>\n

Here is my friend. \u00c2\u00a0He follows me everywhere.<\/p>\n

Up on top of the Pass is a ski area for the National Ski Team (or so I heard it). \u00c2\u00a0It is only open for a couple of months in the summer…<\/p>\n

Man! \u00c2\u00a0What a view!<\/p>\n

\"OLYMPUS<\/a><\/p>\n

More curves. \u00c2\u00a0And definitely downhill!<\/p>\n

At the border…Custer National…Forest? \u00c2\u00a0Shouldn’t that require trees?<\/p>\n

Always a good feeling to be back in \/\\\/\\onTana!<\/p>\n

Ummm…<\/p>\n

Now they require us to store food for bears? \u00c2\u00a0Let them store it themselves!<\/p>\n
