The Dailylife Daughter #2 and the Dailylife Wife at the Engine House n Tacoma, one of DD#2’s favorite haunts for food. \u00c2\u00a0It is pretty good…<\/p>\n
I got the Dailylife Wife a present for the cruise: a 9mm fisheye lens for her Olympus PL-5. \u00c2\u00a0This is a sample shot I took before I gave it to her. \u00c2\u00a0There was a bit of a learning curve, but I think she enjoys it.<\/p>\n We had to run up I5 through Seattle from Tacoma to get to the ship the next morning.<\/p>\n (Dailylife Wife photo!)<\/p>\n North of\u00c2\u00a0Seattle we approach Pier 91, current home of the Holland America Line’s Amsterdam, our home for the next 14 days.<\/p>\n An almost tearful goodbye in the midst of all of our cra…luggage. \u00c2\u00a0Fortunately we only have to tote this pile a short way. \u00c2\u00a0DD#2 drove our car back to Tacoma where friends kept it safe for us for the two weeks we were gone. \u00c2\u00a0Thanks again, Lori and Mark and family!<\/p>\n Check in was pretty fast an efficient, if you don’t mind being a herd of cattle. \u00c2\u00a0In this case, it was a well cared for herd of cattle. \u00c2\u00a0Of course, going anywhere anymore is to be in a herd of cattle…<\/p>\n (Dailylife Wife photo!)<\/p>\n Up the gangway at last!<\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n
